I know, ages since an update. AOA needs it more, but this wrote easier. I've been dealing with some medical issues as of late. Nothing life threatening, but serious enough to put a definite crimp in my style. They finally figured out what's wrong with me, though, so hopefully after a few more weeks I'll be feeling more like a person again and turning my head won't be enough to wear me out for the better part of an hour.
Oh, and to anyone with a tablet, or thinking of getting a tablet- most of this chapter was written on my iPad on the PlainText app, with formatting and tweaking done later on in Word. Typed about 50/50 between on the glass itself and on a bluetooth keyboard (zaggmate, in my case). But... in either case, a tablet has proven to me that it's totally a viable writing tool when you don't want to lug an entire laptop around. So if you've been wondering- there you go.
Title: Leap chapter 9 - My cooking hasn't killed anyone... yet.
Game: Dragon Age 2
Pairing: Mage f!Hawke/Anders
Rating: T for now, eventual M
Wordcount: 3500
Summary: "Watch for that moment...and when it comes, do not hesitate to leap." Malina has spent her life hiding from the Templars, but she's starting to realize fear can be just as much a prison as the Circle.
Chapter Summary: Anders and Malina have different ideas about dealing with problems.

( Table manners optional )
