Spoilers: For DA:O and DA:A. Set at the beginning of and then just after Awakening.
Notes: This was bunnied a long time ago, back when I first played Awakening, by the conversation between Sereda and Anders at the tree outside Amaranthine. If I found it a little jarring that Sereda would flirt with Anders when she was in an established relationship with Alistair, how jarring might Anders find it? Add that to my interest in stable romantic triads and making them work, and this is the result.

Hiya. I haz a problem.

I never play Origins anymore, even though I want to, cos ever since Awakenings it's insanely difficult to make it recognise that I have a disc in the drive. I have no idea why - I even bought a new disc at one point, in case mine was faulty.

Anyway.

The question is this. If I buy the Ultimate Ed off Steam, so I never have to use a disc again, will it work with my existing char files/mods? Does a Steam installation keep the folders in the same place as a regular installation?
