OT(?) Anyone good with journal layouts?

I have no idea how to create a journal layout, and I can never seem to find one that seems to meet all my requirements and is aesthetically pleasing to me. And now I would really like to have a layout that would complement the gorgeous grayscale are that dragonreine has been doing for my story.

Landsmeet/Elves Question

So I was talking to another Dragon Age fan the other day, when she brought up the fact that they thought it was extremely unrealistic that the human nobles make a big deal over what Loghain selling the elves into slavery if presented as evidence in the Landsmeet.

Her point was basically this: that realistically, while the human nobles might make noises about how morally outraged they are that the elves are being sold into slavery, or use it as a reason to get rid of someone who is a political rival, that realistically the vast majority of the human nobility wouldn't give a damn about what happened to the elves and in private they might even think it was a good idea. Considering how ingrained the class structure is in the game as well as the widespread institutional racism against elves, I think I have to agree. But I was curious to see what other members here thought.

Is it realistic that the human nobles at the Landsmeet care about elves being sold into slavery? Or are they just making noises about how terrible it is when really they could care less?

I've just seen this http://dragonage.bioware.com/da2/addon/ about the new DLC that will be free with the pre-orders of DA2.  I'm gutted.  That character sounds like Shrek.  Would it have been so hard to get a real scot to do the voice acting?
