So I restarted my city elf playthrough for some inspiration for my comic, and I'm just getting ready for the Battle at Ostagar.  I'm sitting there minding my own business, listening to Loghain and Cailan argue back and forth when something strikes me.  Uldred is there, and starts to say something potentially plot-changing when the Revered Mother interrupts him saying "we won't trust anything to your spells, mage.  Save them for the darkspawn."

What do you suppose that something was that he was going to say?  I'm quite intrigued by this, and would love to know people's thoughts on it!
