Summary: The Sloth Demon traps Neria in the Fade, tempting her with the templar she's secretly loved and desired. 


I've finally managed to (somewhat) crack through my writer's block and pen my first one-shot (apparently my muse responds well to cookies and copious glasses of red wine after stressed out days).  Part 2 will be posted once I can smooth out some kinks (really, no pun intended), but I realized that if I don't post the first half, I will drive myself batshit insane continue to tinker with it forever and ever.  I have this grand plan to one day incorporate this into some sort of longer tale, but for the moment, it stands alone.

Anyhow, a bit of Neria and Cullen, with sexytiemz to come.

lenna_nightrunner  has ordered me to post a manip I just did for her. Since we're going to start posting the fic it's based on in the next few days, I gave in to peer pressure. I guess this counts as fan art, after a fashion, since it's as close as Shimmy will ever get to drawing a proper scene.

Here's a composite image of our two Dalish PCs (who are siblings. No, we did not design them together. Tesni was my first character and Caerwyn was her third. We only realized after we came up with the idea for the fic that they had really similar facial structures. How convenient!).

Alright, darlings. We have 60 members, and based on the photobucket traffic coming from here, a lot of unregistered lurkers (either that or you guys are obsessive photo clickers, closers, and reloaders). They keep periodically coming out of the wood-work, asking to join, and generally being awesome, but there's a problem:

Everyone I know is out of codes. And, since were are mere breaths away from opening up our own kememe, I see this becoming a greater, not lesser, problem with time. So if you have a code to spare, either PM it to me so I can put it on our master list, or track this post and help a user out directly.

Fanfic: Fort Drakon

 I was inspired by scarylady 's question about anti-magic bracers to show how I handled mage capture.  This is both a one-shot and not; it is part of Blood Poison and has been posted on The Oath and the Gem, but here you can read it just as a generic game fic with the warden romancing Zevran.  Since you've played Dragon Age, you don't really need to know any backstory to enjoy this.

RATING: T
SUMMARY: Well, the mage warden is held Fort Drakon.  TEH DRAMZ HAPPENS.
CHARACTERS: f!Surana/Zevran.  Also Morrigan and Sten.
