New Male Elf Preset - Comments requested

I used Valendrian's base model in the toolset to create a new male elf preset and would like some feedback.  He looks alot like Zevran, lol.  But from me, that's probably expected, however, it wasn't my intention.  Should I bother putting it up at The Nexus for others to use?

I am copying my post at my account here instead of all the pics so I don't fill this site up with them.  I hope this works, I haven't gotten around to learning to do cuts and all that.

Thank you!

He's pretty. :3

Does the preset overwrite another or is it a new slot?

If you rename it and add a line to the chargenmorph file (can be edited in notepad) it'll just add to the existing ones at the end.
The very first section is presets for the heads. Human males, females, dwarf males, and then dwarf females. Elven males come after that.
{heads}
headers for humans, dwarves... long lists of presets.
{elf male}
{resource name="new_elf_preset.mop" /} (you can name it whatever you want, though. Just so long as it ends in .mop and replace the { and } with normal < and > style brackets)

And that's it. Just stick the head in your override folder. I've taken to manually editing the presets just so I can take out ones from big batches I know I'll never use.

If someone makes a preset they can take the basic vanilla chargenmorph file and add a line for their head, and then anyone with the compiler can get them without doing the editing themselves.

He is very pretty, and I struggle to make elven males who don't look a bit like guppies. So many of the presets have weird mouths.

I'd download this gentleman. It's a really nice look with that lush lower lip and the winged eyebrows. Please, put it up on Nexus. :D

OK, I must be a complete idiot. I placed the .mop file in the override folder, but when I go to the CC, the face is completely black with short white hair. What did I do wrong? This is the first time I've ever tried to use a morph file and yes, I'm a dork!

Very pretty elfy. I'd almost say too pretty, but he's got a bit of machismo going on too.

Oooooo! I'm getting closer! The face and tattoos look perfect now but there's no hair. I now all four mods you used installed in my override folder. Is this corrct?

Also, just an FYI--if you pick city elf, you get the preset with correct face and tattoo. If you pick Dalish elf, you get the correct face only.

Well I managed to get more hairstyles to pick from but unfortunately, the hairstyles for the male elf are the female ones. I have no idea why it's putting female hairstyles in the male selection. Thank you so much for submitting this preset--I'm sure it does work for most people, but I think I really am too stupid to figure this out LOL. I've already spent all day working on this, and I'm exhausted! Guess I'm better off sticking with the original presets :)
