The end of the Kingsickle?
So, I was browsing the forums at Nexus and came across a post asking for situationally appropriate erect/flaccid male nude models, and someone replying to it suggested this:

Apparently if you use Natural Bodies all-in-one and select flaccid models for the default males of all races, this mod will allow you to choose erect models for when it is appropriate, the only exception being when you strip a character in-game while changing armor or whatever.
