How do I submit my totally amazing fanwork when it’s done?
E-mail your completed fic or art to lennanightrunner[at]gmail[dot]com. Please submit it as a .doc, .docx, .odt, or .txt file if it’s a fic or a .jpg or .gif if it’s an image (Talk to us if that’s a problem for some reason).

As always, if you have any questions or concerns please contact myself,

lenna_nightrunner, or any of the other mods.

The deadline is Midnight Pacific time. If you can't make it, please please let us know. We might be able to work something out.

Feel free to include a brief (like, one or two sentence) summary with your entry that we can put outside the cut tag. If you have already submitted and did not include one, send it along and I can add it.
If you are submitting art and have a title, please let us know what it is.

Edit to add.... you're free to send your entries to your partner, or send them the title, so they know which was made for them!

May not make the deadline tonight, down to the final 15% or so of the story, but only about another hour of writing/proofreading time left tonight and this is a longish one. May not have it ready to mail out until some time tomorrow morning (eastern time zone).

That's fine- just so long as we know it's on the way.
Really, we won't be able to start formatting them until after work tomorrow anyways, so that isn't a big deal.

That's good to know - will still be trying to get it finished off and sent off ASAP tomorrow anyway, as I signed up for two different Valentine things and still need to finish my other (thankfully rather shorter!) piece.

Oh maker I'm not the only one! Mine is finished but stuck on my laptop in my partners car!

Thirding this, alas. Various life issues have conspired to delay mine (and it's way past midnight here, augh...) I'll definitely get it sent off within the next few hours, though.

....I feel so relieved to not be the only late one, though I imagine the mods are banging their heads against things at how many of us there are. Uh, we love you mods? A lot? And mine's just been emailed!

It's 11am on the 14th, even here in the UK, and I need a bucket load of fics to read, dammit! :D

[not to mention some validation for mine, which I will be desperate to reply to, and not allowed until after the vote. I remember the agony of last year, oh yes]
