Mod post! (eehehehe, I kill myself)

This discussion topic is, sadly, mostly geared toward the PC gamers among us, but those of you who play on console/don't mod (stares at [personal profile] lenna_nightrunner) might still be able to answer the second part.
  • What is your favorite Dragon Age mod? You can only pick one, sadly. And tell us why. :3 And post screenshots if you'd like.
  • What is a mod you wish existed?
  • Bonus: What is a mod that you wished was actual game functionality? (Read: it's so good BioWare should have done it themselves.)

For me, Extra Dog Slot is my fave mod. It lets me bring Dog around with my party as a summon of the Warden. Yes, this ups the party from four to five members, but I have a difficulty mod installed, too, and play on hard, so it hasn't exactly made the game an overpowered cakewalk for me (Overpowered cake would taste AWESOME oh fsck I need coffee). I like it because it feels more immersive, and because, as another one of our members put it a few posts ago, "he's my faithful hound, damnit!"

As for mods I wish existed? Skip the Fade exists. My life would be perfect if Skip the Deep Roads did, too. Have considered making it myself, but I have no time to mod right now.

My main/first character was an entirely ranged Dalish, and I died so many times in the Fade and Provings that I almost quit the game. I installed a mod that tweaks cooldowns/alters damage/fire speed to make archery more powerful, and now it feels like the specialization isn't utterly handicapped. I wish I hadn't needed a mod to go full archer without crippling my party, because I love ranged classes, but there it is.
