Nah, no more insane than usual. It's just not through her "I'm normal" 1st person filter. And the moment someone else brings up sex, say by asking what gender(s) she prefers, she figures it's open season for whatever dirty jokes come to mind.
(although she does have a literal mental condition. But she's crazy in a very high-functioning way.)
