Decidedly not. He would be horrified if he did. He's basically got some PTSD issues from the Cave. I believe the term for places where the Veil (the Beyond, to the Dalish) is thin is called Setheneran, and when the Dalish feel that they avoid it. So it seems to me that he'd (well, everyone would) be able to recognize the feeling of the magic in the Tower, and it would feel the same way it would've felt in the Cave, and thus would freak him out based on what happened to him and Tamlen. That was what I was going for, anyway XD I hope it makes sense.
