Look at this beautiful handcrafted Isabela necklace!

A commissioned, custom-made piece of jewelry created by the very talented JeweledLeah, who I am honoured to call a friend. This piece is not made for me, sadly! But I marvel at the craftsmanship of this piece.

To quote Leah:

"the inside is lined with fake leather for comfort, the necklace opens up like a hinge (that's what that slightly sticking out stick in a back is, with magnetic closure hidden behind the centerpiece. one of the larger coins hooks one to the collar base, to create secondary closure (and well to make it wearable really.) the torc is actually 2 separate dicks (thank you Allegra :D), made in air dry clay, details carved into it once it was dry, painted with gold tone acrylic, accented with a sharpie. the rest of the necklace is bronze - coins and center piece are etched, borders on a collar are carved with flexible shaft (aka jeweler's version of dental drill) and round bur. "
