I think a lot of community contribution has died down as a whole over the past couple of months, not just here: everything seems quieter in general.

I am guilty of the Skyrim addiction too (soooo shiny!). For me personally, I'm still around, just not saying much *shrugs*

I think things will perk up again once the ME3 hype is done and/or new DLC or DA3 is announced...
