Is Grey Warden infertility…

a Grey Warden secret, or something Eamon would know about? Just curious if he would be able to use it to convince Alistair to dump the Warden, or if that's all Alistair's doing. I know Alistair mentions that the only Wardens he knew of with children had them before their Joining, but I didn't know if the public or anyone else had figured it out.
