Black Emporium has them... and the Blooming Rose, I think. Although I do wonder what a reasonable time line between Awakenings and Anders showing up in Kirkwall is like. I don't think he'd have been Templar-dogged while the PC is around... though Awakenings ends with said PC going off after a year or so?
