Thanks! Keepin' a good flow is key, then again, I usually only go into each chapter with "Hm, okay, they gotta say x at some point," and then type away to get to the 'x' and I just feel like I'm cheatin' people if I write less than five thousand words, I really do. A Murder of Crows has almost 110,000 words written, and Guilded is at 70,000....
Though I do drive myself crazy sometimes tryin' to keep the chappies beneath 10,000. I like a good 5-7.5 thousand words in my chappies. I always assume (even though I know it's not true) that people want more bang for their buck. Plus since I'm workin' on the whole alternatin' which story I'm postin', that means only one chapter per two weeks for each story. The alternatin' thing has been awesome for my stress level though. Takes so much pressure off, and if one story or the other grabs me too hard then I don't hafta worry about things too much... My chapter buffer for Guild-ed is well... I'm on chapter 10 right now. About a third of the way through it.
