You know, it's never occurred to me that a hardened Alistair wouldn't be a good king. I didn't know about hardening him my first couple of playthroughs, so I actually put an unhardened Alistair on the throne. I did marry him to Anora so at least Ferelden didn't suffer for it.

I like your Alistair. I've always believed he had a backbone and no small amount of native wit, so what I'm seeing here is the king I've always thought he'd be. And Maddy? I love her to pieces. I like that he married a foreign bride. It was a smart move.
