Summary: Warrior Garrett Hawke has always fought to protect what he holds dear, especially the Apostate he loves. After years of being lovers on the lam, Anders is dealing with something he believes neither Hawke's sword nor his love can protect him from. He tries to push Hawke away for his own good, but Hawke is wise to the signs and refuses to let fear come between them. Keeping a relationship together isn't always easy, especially if someone keeps their heart in armor.
Notes: This story features a mage-sympathetic Warrior Garrett Hawke that has taken a friendly romance with Anders to its completion. It is set post-game and may contain spoilers, including those from Legacy.

Well, this is her. Kinda. The protagonist of my story "Alouette", who is actually Celene I., Empress of Orlais. But Loghain doesn't know that. At first.

Painted with MyPaint and my trusty aiptek tablet. Would have liked to do this whole thing with more details, but since the fiasco with "Ripples" (my computer wasn't able to re-open the file due to not enough memory) I try not to let my paintings get too big.
