I figured they would be tranquiling mages left and right, but I never thought about if the process would work on non-mages.
(and Anders is right... no one gives a shit until it's happening to someone that isn't a mage)
I really, really love how you've expanded on the lore surrounding magic in this fic. It all fits so seamlessly with what the game gives us already.)
