Cybergoth, huh? Then you should have heard of a lovely city in Germany called Leipzig. Every year they celebrate the biggest goth-festival in the world there, the Wave-Gotik-Treffen.
And guess what? That's where I live XD
Yeah, Germany is pretty Goth-friendly (except parts of the south).
